"Took a day or two, but it helped"
I picked up Nexium 24HR for my usual heartburn, it did help quite a bit. It wasn’t one of those instant relief things for me... more like I noticed it working by the next day or maybe the day after. I still had a little bit of burning once, but compared to how it usually is, way better. So yeah, overall I’m happy with it...

"Started working in about a day"
I started feeling better by the next day, maybe within 24 hours or so. i wasn’t expecting it to kick in that fast, but it helped quick.

"Relief lasted way longer than I thought"
I figured it would help for a little while, but actually, it kept my heartburn away pretty much all day. I was genuinely surprised

"Does the job, but it’s pricey"
It did help take the edge off my heartburn, so I can’t say it doesn’t work. But for the price, I expected a bit more. I’ve tried similar products from other brands that were cheaper and worked about the same for me, so this one just doesn’t feel like the best value compared to the alternatives

"Helped, but I wouldn’t call it perfect"
It did help with my heartburn, so I can’t complain too much. That said, I noticed I’d get a slight headache sometimes after taking it. I think it’s only fair to be honest about that instead of acting like it was flawless. Decent overall, but definitely something to watch for.
